Exp - 12 to 17 years
VP-VP Title
Have detail understanding of collateral management function for global investment banking. Key activities processes include - Collateral Pricing & Eligibility, Agreements Management, Margin call Calculations / Issuance, Interest on Collateral, Collateral Settlements, Collateral Substitutions Management, Collateral Balance Management, Portfolio Reconciliations, MI & Reporting
◼ Proven experience as a Program Manager; Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods (Agile and Waterfall).
◼ Experience in managing full E2E project delivery, Front Office to Back Office architecture overhaul projects which require coordination across multiple Corporate functions and Technology partners.
Lead stakeholder engagements and work streams related to the specific program or portfolio in conjunction with the CTO values and principles.
◼ Provide oversight of highly skilled project resources and project deliverables throughout the project lifecycle and help ensure timely execution of project deliverables.
◼ Apply well developed consulting skills and in-depth industry and functional knowledge in the execution of assignments.
