The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in database administration, performance tuning, backups, and replication.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain MySQL databases across production and development environments.Perform regular backups, restorations , and ensure reliable disaster recovery processes.Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot MySQL replication setups.Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and configuration upgrades.Ensure database security, health monitoring, and capacity planning.Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to support releases and resolve DB issues.Skills RequiredPrimary SkillsMySQL DBA (installation, configuration, tuning)Database backup & recoveryReplication (Master–Slave, GTID, etc.)Performance optimization & troubleshootingSecondary (Good to Have)Experience with Azure CloudScripting knowledge (Shell/Python)✅ Requirements9+ years of hands-on experience as a MySQL DBAStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and documentation abilitiesImmediate joiners preferredMust be willing to work from Coimbatore office
