TCS HIRING Job Title : manual testing Experience : 5-10 years Location : kolkata Notice period : Immediate to 25 days Job description : · 5+ years of experience in testing of front end/Web applications. · Experience with front-end test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium or Jasmine etc.). · Understanding of React and/or Angular, including component lifecycles, state management, and routing. · Hands-On experience in using automated tools and frameworks for Cross-browser/OS/device testing. · Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Roles &Responsibilities: · 5+ years of experience in testing of front end/Web applications. · Experience with front-end test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright, Selenium or Jasmine etc.). · Understanding of React and/or Angular, including component lifecycles, state management, and routing. · Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies for front-end applications built with React and/or Angular. · Execute manual tests across various browsers, devices, and operating systems to ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness. · Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or Jest/Enzyme for React, or Karma/Jasmine for Angular. · Ensuring the application works as expected on popular browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and potentially older versions or less common browsers. · Verifying functionality across different operating systems, including Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS. · Confirming the application adapts and displays correctly on various device types, such as desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones, with different screen sizes and resolutions. · Evaluate the user interface and user experience for intuitiveness, accessibility, and adherence to design specifications. · Work closely with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle
