Review and verify student visa applications and accompanying documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to immigration regulations. Process and input applicant information into the appropriate systems, maintaining accurate records and databases. Evaluate student visa eligibility based on the immigration checklist made for the purpose. Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure accurate and compliant processing. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to visa applications professionally and promptly. Assist in the development and improvement of visa processing procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain the security of all applicant data. A bachelor's degree or above and at least three years of relevant experience are necessary . I'd like to point out that previous experience working remotely is a MUST. The ability to interpret immigration policies and document information sheets is a must. A strong interest in student visa services and application processes is a must. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in document review and data entry. Proficiency in using computer software and database systems for data management.
