About the Role: We’re seeking a disciplined, dependable, and highly organized Senior Manager – Administration to lead facility, compliance, and administration operations for our expanding BPO center in Mumbai. If you have a strong armed forces background and thrive in a structured, high-security, and operationally demanding environment—this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Lead administration teams and manage facility operations across all departments. Oversee housekeeping, security, pantry, maintenance, and front office. Handle vendor management – evaluation, negotiation, and performance tracking. Maintain cleanliness, discipline, safety, and orderliness. Supervise 24x7 shift readiness and operational support. Manage transport, assets, and infrastructure maintenance. Ensure compliance with municipal laws, licenses, and statutory requirements. Liaison with fire, police, municipal, and utility agencies. Develop SOPs for emergencies, fire drills, and safety protocols. Support audits, crisis management, and space planning. Who We’re Looking For Mandatory Experience working with BPO. Corporate administration experience(especially in BPO/ITES). Strong leadership, crisis-handling, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
