About Minus One Minus One is a premium menswear brand redefining comfort and fit for the modern Indian man. We are expanding rapidly across D2C and major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Myntra, etc.) and are looking for an energetic E-commerce Executive to scale our marketplace presence.Key Responsibilities Marketplace Operations & GrowthManage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Myntra , and other marketplaces.Create, upload, and manage product listings/catalogues with speed and accuracy.Maintain product content (images, titles, descriptions, keywords) for discoverability and sales growth.Monitor marketplace dashboards and ensure compliance with platform requirements.Sales Performance & AnalysisTrack and analyse marketplace trends to optimise listings, pricing, and inventory planning.Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify growth opportunities.Plan inventory allocation and replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking.Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.Coordination & CommunicationLiaise with marketplace POCs (point of contacts) for promotions, campaigns, and issue resolutions.Support in executing marketplace ads; prior ad management experience is a plus.Ensure smooth coordination with the warehouse, operations, and brand teams for order fulfilment.Reporting & Data ManagementPrepare sales and performance reports regularly.Use Excel for reporting, data analysis, and trend identification (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.).Share actionable insights to drive sales and category growth.Requirements Graduate degree in any discipline.Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Myntra mandatory).Hands-on experience in listing & catalogue management .Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Go-getter attitude with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in handling marketplace ads is an added advantage.What We Offer Work with a fast-growing premium fashion brand.End-to-end exposure to marketplace growth strategies.Collaborative and energetic work environment with strong learning opportunities.If you are passionate about e-commerce, numbers, and growth , and want to take ownership of marketplace success, apply now and be part of Minus One’s journey
