The role demands a seasoned academician with strong industry connect, deep understanding of regulatory compliance (PCI/AICTE/UGC), exceptional people leadership skills, and experience in building high-performing academic institutions.This position will lead the overall development, accreditation, research ecosystem, teaching excellence, student outcomes, and strategic partnerships for the Pharmacy Department.Key Responsibilities1. Academic Leadership & Program ManagementLead the design, review, and enhancement of all Pharmacy programs (D.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Ph.D.).Ensure curriculum alignment with PCI, AICTE, UGC norms and global best practices.Drive academic quality, innovative pedagogy, and digital learning initiatives.Oversee effective execution of teaching plans, timetables, exams, and assessment systems.2. Regulatory & Compliance ManagementEnsure 100% compliance with all statutory and regulatory bodies (PCI, AICTE, UGC, NAAC).Manage audits, inspections, documentation, and timely approvals.Lead accreditation processes and contribute to ranking initiatives.3. Research, Innovation & PublicationsBuild a strong research culture with focus on high-quality publications, patents, funded projects, and collaborations.Mentor faculty and students in research and project development.Promote technology
