Today, MProfit is a leader in the wealth-tech ecosystem, with customers in 300+ cities collectively tracking over 1.We are looking for a Data Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team who will manage & drive the seamless onboarding of client data to our platform and provide a high-quality customer experience in the process. Successfully manage the data onboarding process for customers who have purchased our products and need assistance in connecting with relevant data sources during their onboarding journey. Showcase the functionality and features of MProfit's platform to new customers, emphasizing data handling capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the data onboarding process and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Assist clients in effectively utilizing the MProfit platform for data management, encouraging optimal use and adoption. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Technology, or a related discipline. Previous experience as a Data Onboarding Specialist or a similar role in a SaaS company is highly preferred. Experience working in financial institutions, broking firms, or investment markets. In-depth knowledge of financial products, services and industry regulations. Familiarity with various financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, derivatives, and other investment vehicles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data effectively. Familiarity with data aggregation processes and the ability to handle data from various financial institutions. A strong understanding of financial technology and SaaS platforms will be preferred.
