If you love building products from scratch, leading technology decisions, and driving impactful solutions—this role is for youWhat You’ll Do- Architect and own the full technical roadmap- Develop core backend/frontend modules with high-quality coding standards- Integrate AI models, vector databases, and intelligent agent workflows- Build scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines & Dev Ops processes- Lead end-to-end delivery—from requirements to production launch- Hire, guide, and mentor a high-performing engineering team- Ensure product performance, security, and reliabilityWhat We’re Looking For- 7–10 years software engineering experience with 2–3 years as a tech leader- Strong backend development in Node.js / Python / Java- Experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate/Chroma)- Hands-on with model integration (Open AI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.)- Solid cloud knowledge (AWS or Azure) + Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD- Experience building scalable Saa S products- Passion for startup environments and ownership-driven mindset
