They also manage applicant tracking, maintain candidate records.We are glad to inform you that we are hiring HR recruiter & face to face interview is scheduled in following venue: -TTK Prestige LimitedNagarjuna Castle; No.1/1 & 1/2,Wood Street, Ashok NagarRichmond Town, BengaluruKarnataka- Contact Person - Mr.VijayraghavanPosition Title - HR Recruiter (On Contract) (Third Party)Location – BangaloreNo of Position -1Total Experience - 0 to 2 Years (MBA HR Fresher is also welcome)Qualification - MBA (Full Time is compulsory)Report to the Head-Talent AcquisitionDirect Reporting – Individual ContributorLanguages Known- English, HindiIndustry- AnyKey roles and responsibilitiesStrategy and planning: Develop and implement recruitment plans and strategies to attract qualified candidates.Job Portal posting: Write and update job descriptions and post them across various channels like job boards and social media.Candidate sourcing: Find potential candidates through various sources, including professional networking sites and social media.Screening and assessment: Review resumes and applications to screen for qualified candidates and may conduct initial phone or video interviews.Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Candidate communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, provide updates, and manage the offer and negotiation stages.Hiring manager collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment progress.Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of applicants and recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems (ATS).Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.Employer branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote the company's culture and values.Remarks-Carry 2 Copies of CV & PhotoThis is contract job for 6 Months only (Third Party Rolls)Good Communication Skills & positive approach.Hand On Experience in Job Portal is preferred.Local Candidates are preferredNo Travel Reimbursement will be done.
