The Dean will be responsible for overseeing academic programs, faculty management, student services, and administrative functions. Responsibilities include developing and implementing academic policies, fostering a collaborative environment for faculty and staff, and ensuring the highest standards of education are met. Additionally, the Dean will handle budgeting, accreditation processes, and liaising with stakeholders within and outside the institution.Qualifications- Leadership and management skills- Experience in academic administration and policy development- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Expertise in budgeting and financial management- Knowledge of accreditation processes and regulatory compliance- Advanced degree in Education, Administration, or a related field- Experience in the healthcare education sector is a plus- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
