The ideal candidate has solid SQL skills, strong web development fundamentals, and experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain web applications using Python & DjangoIntegrate complex systems using REST/SOAP/WSDLImplement data transformations based on mapping documentsWork closely with clients to analyze requirements and deliver high-quality solutionsIntegrate AI/GenAI models (e.g., GPT, embeddings) into applicationsEnsure smooth system interoperability across servicesUse Git/ADO and follow SDLC best practicesRequired Qualifications4–7 years Python & Django experience3–5 years strong SQL experience1–2 years hands-on GenAI experience (GPT, embeddings, DI)Experience with system integrations & API-based architectureKnowledge of Git, DevOps, and service-oriented architectureStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skillsPreferredExperience in insurance or other regulated industriesCertifications in Python or GenAIFamiliarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks
