We are seeking a talented QA Automation/Manual Engineer (Python + Selenium) to join our client's innovative team based at their new Global Service Centre. Now Hiring: Senior QA Engineer (5–7+ Years Experience) Gurugram, India (Hybrid) Are you an experienced QA professional who thrives on building automation frameworks, driving test strategy, and ensuring flawless releases across large-scale, mission-critical systems? Our client—an established global leader in hospitality technology, distribution, travel fintech, and direct booking solutions—is expanding their engineering function and looking for Senior QA Engineers to elevate product quality and reliability across their global platforms. As a Senior QA Engineer , you will: Lead end-to-end QA strategy across multiple product lines Perform manual + automation testing across complex workflows Own load, stress & performance testing for high-scale systems Conduct API testing & database validation for enterprise features Drive quality governance , defect prevention & release readiness Work closely with engineering, product & DevOps teams Mentor junior QA engineers and uplift QA standards globally Proven experience as a QA Automation/Manual Engineer Strong knowledge of automation frameworks such as Selenium, NUnit, RestSharp (or similar) Experience scripting in C# (preferred, but not essential) Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner Experience with SQL for backend and database validation Experience Required ~5–7+ years of full-cycle QA experience in enterprise or SaaS environments ~ Hands-on expertise across automation, manual, API, and performance testing ~ Experience in CI/CD-driven test pipelines and modern QA engineering practices High ownership across test strategy, automation, and release quality Be part of a tech organisation transforming the global travel ecosystem Contract Type: Permanent Compensation: Competitive – To be discussed (up to 30 LPA) Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week Laptop provided (however you may need your own equipment for the first initial weeks of employment) Location: Hybrid – 3 days in the office Gurugram (remote at first) Could include some travel to the UAE.
