#Position: Motion Designer

#Location: Hyderabad (On-site | Work from Office)

#Note: Candidates must be willing to relocate to Hyderabad for this role.

#Experience: 3+ Years

#Qualification: Graduate

#80 LPA (Hike depends on current/last salary and interview performance)

#Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days)

#Shift: Day shift

Drive motion design strategy across the organization

Create purposeful animations that guide users and build trust

Build a scalable animation system within the Design System

Conduct A/B testing of motion variants and integrate learnings

Has a strong grasp of animation principles & user psychology

Is proficient in Illustrator, After Effects, Rive, Lottie

Has experience creating motion guidelines for design systems

Brings a portfolio showcasing UI motion, micro-interactions & animations

Can collaborate effectively with design & engineering teams

Has experience with consumer mobile apps at scale

(Bonus) Familiarity with 3D/Spline for lightweight product animations

#Own the motion design layer of a fast-growing product impacting millions

#Work with a design-forward team that values motion as a key UX element
