Title: Data Capture Implementation Specialist Location: 100% Remote in India Duration: Long Term Contract Anticipated Start Date: 01/05/2026 or 01/12/2026 Work Hours: Standard Shift 9-6 PM (At times they would be required to do 3-4 overlap with Central Time zone) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Tag Implementation Specialist with strong expertise in Tealium, m Particle, and Adobe platforms to join our Data Capture team. In this role, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of digital data collection across web and mobile ecosystems. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate tracking, data quality, and seamless integration with downstream analytics and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with tag management systems, mobile and web analytics, data validation, and marketing technology stacks. This role plays a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making, supporting customer journey insights, and enhancing digital experiences. Primary Responsibilities 1. Tagging & Implementation (Tealium & m Particle) Assist in configuring, deploying, and maintaining tag implementations in Tealium i Q (Web) and m Particle(Mobile). Support setup, validation, and troubleshooting of tracking tags, events, rules, and data layers based on defined technical specifications. Conduct thorough QA and end-to-end validation across development, staging, and production environments to ensure data integrity. Perform mobile app analytics validation using tools such as Firebase Debug View, Charles Proxy, Proxyman, and device simulators (i OS & Android). 2. Adobe Analytics & CJA Support Assist with Adobe Analytics (AA) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) setup, schema configuration, and data ingestion workflows. Support Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) reporting, dashboard creation, and cross-channel data validation. Help configure and validate Adobe Analytics variables (events, e Vars, props) and ensure accurate tracking via Tealium and m Particle integrations. Assist with Adobe Target tagging to support A/B and multivariate testing. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with product owners, developers, analysts, and onsite tagging specialists to translate business requirements into technical tracking solutions. Ensure accurate implementation of data layer updates and seamless deployment of tags across web and mobile applications. 4. Documentation, Governance & Compliance Maintain detailed documentation for tagging requirements, test plans, and validation results. Support data governance, privacy, and compliance efforts including GDPR, CCPA, and consent management requirements. Regularly audit tagging and data integrations to identify gaps, optimization opportunities, and process improvements. 5. Continuous Improvement Stay current with platform updates, best practices, and new features across Tealium, m Particle, Adobe Analytics, and related technologies. Proactively share knowledge with the team and contribute to improving internal processes. Participate in agile ceremonies and use tools like Jira and Git to manage tagging requirements and workflows. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience or strong familiarity with Tealium i Q, m Particle, or other enterprise tag management systems. Working knowledge of Firebase Analytics (event setup, Debug View, parameter validation). Experience using Charles Proxy or similar tools (e.g., Proxyman) for inspecting network calls. Basic understanding of Java Script, HTML, CSS, and data layer architecture. Exposure to Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or Adobe Experience Platform. Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Solid documentation habits and strong communication skills. Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment. Eagerness to learn and grow within enterprise analytics and martech ecosystems. Good to Have / Bonus Skills Experience implementing third-party pixels (Criteo, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, , Tik Tok, etc.). Understanding of server-side tagging, event forwarding, and server-to-server integrations using Tealium or m Particle. Familiarity with consent management platforms and data privacy solutions. Experience using POSTMAN for API requests and validation. Additional experience with agile methodologies and ticket tracking (Jira, Confluence).
