Established in 2007, we are headquartered in Hyderabad, India with offices in Gurgaon and Bangalore, India and in Dallas, TX Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, support, and improve the software products and applications. Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Work on one or multiple projects and deliver results. Be versatile and enthusiastic to tackle new problems across different technologies. Independently interact with customers/prospects, get requirements, and execute projects. Manage projects independently, delegate work to others, and get the work done from people. Define technology standards and processes, provide mentorship to software developers and conduct knowledge sharing sessions. Lead a small team of software developers in projects. Requirements B Tech from a top institute. At least 8 years of total experience building enterprise-grade software. Expert in Java or Python or React or Mobile based enterprise technologies and a very good knowledge of another tech stack. Expert in design patterns and best practices. Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture. Good understanding of cloud computing, modern architectures, and deployment paradigms. A good grasp of CI/CD tools, container orchestration services, and infrastructure scripting solutions is essential. Ability to use new technologies to build prototypes. Craving to dabble with new technologies. Ability to represent the company at customer sites, forums, etc. Ability to code complex and critical pieces of the application. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
