Job Title : Outbound Sales Representative / Admission Counselor Location : Rohini, Delhi Employment Type : Full-Time (6 days working) Salary : ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 (Including PF) Experience Required : Minimum 1 year in outbound sales or as an Admission Counselor Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outbound Sales Representative or Admission Counselor to join our team in Rohini, Delhi. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and convert these into successful sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales orientation, exceptional communication skills, and a drive to exceed targets. Responsibilities: Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound calls and emails (leads provided). Convert leads by clearly explaining our services and guiding customers through the decision-making process. Conduct online demonstrations to showcase our products, understanding and addressing customer needs. Maintain effective client communication to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Consistently achieve monthly sales targets by leveraging product knowledge and rapport-building skills. Use CRM software to document sales interactions and manage lead progress. Report weekly on sales achievements and any challenges faced to the Sales Manager. Participate in training to stay updated on new products, services, and sales techniques. Requirements: Experience : Minimum of 1 year in outbound sales or admissions counseling; 3-4 years preferred. Skills : Excellent communication, active listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Attributes : Confident, adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented. Technical : Familiarity with CRM software for tracking leads and sales activities. Preferred Qualities: Strong sales orientation with an ability to build rapport and close deals. A proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
