Currently we have an opening for a US Corporate Recruiter
Experience Required:
* 2 - 5 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment.
* Solid understanding of Non - IT recruitment best practices.
* Experience recruiting US Citizens or GCs only.
* Create and implement targeted recruitment plans to meet organizational goals.
* Experience with Job Boards like Monster, CareerBuilder, etc. with strong Boolean logic skills required.
* LinkedIn sourcing is mandatory.
* Excellent written & verbal communications skills.
Responsibilities include:
* Recruiting candidates for our internal positions in North of America.
* Sourcing 'Perfect-match" candidates utilizing the internet, headhunt, referrals, networking events and other non-conventional sourcing methods to deliver 'Perfect-Match' candidates.
* Proactive resume sourcing/pipelining.
* Taking ownership of overall Delivery and day-to-day execution of job requisitions for our customer.
