Job Description: Senior Python Developer – Telecom Domain Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced  Senior Python Developer to join our team in a  strictly work-from-office role based in  Chennai or  Bangalore . The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of expertise in core and advanced Python programming, along with a strong background in the telecom domain, specifically in network management or the SON (Self-Organizing Networks) domain. This role involves working on advanced telecom applications and technologies, including Net Act and SON, and requires proficiency in radio technologies across 2 G/3 G/4 G/5 G and Nokia SRAN. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications to support telecom operations and SON functionalities. Utilize extensive telecom knowledge to work on Net Act and SON Telecom applications. Apply advanced architectural and design methodologies (e.g., component-based, SOA, scalable ASYNC frameworks) to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. Implement and optimize Microservices and Kubernetes-based architectures. Develop and maintain data integration and exchange formats using XML, JSON, SOAP, and REST protocols. Work with RDBMS (My SQL) and No-SQL databases to ensure data integrity and optimal performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in telecom application development. Qualifications: Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in core and advanced Python programming. Telecom Domain Expertise: 2-3 years of experience in telecom, network management, or SON domain, with strong knowledge of radio technologies (2 G/3 G/4 G/5 G & Nokia SRAN). Applications Knowledge: Experience in Net Act and SON telecom applications. Architectural Expertise: Strong understanding of architectural and design methodologies (e.g., SOA, component-based design, scalable ASYNC frameworks). Microservices and Kubernetes: Experience in designing and implementing solutions using Kubernetes and Microservices (preferred). Data Exchange & Integration: Proficiency in XML, JSON, SOAP, and REST protocols. Database Management: Expertise in database technologies, including RDBMS (My SQL) and No-SQL systems. Work Environment: Location: Chennai or Bangalore. Type: Strictly work-from-office position. Remote work is not an option for this role. Preferred Skills: Leadership capabilities to mentor junior developers and guide projects. Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and deliver optimized solutions.
