Job Description:

  • Organizing Board, Committee and General Meeting
  • Preparation of Agenda, Notice and minutes of meetings
  • Maintaining statutory registers, attendance registers of directors/KMPs
  • Preparation of Annual Report (Private, Public listed and unlisted)
  • Filing of e-Forms as per the Companies Act and Forms under RBI Regulations
  • Procuring and maintaining Digital Signature Certificates
  • Verification of XBRL
  • Preparation of Annual Return
  • Liaising with government officials including RoC, RD, etc. with respect to compliances
  • Handled end-to-end procedures for issue of shares including Employee Stock option Scheme
  • alterations of Memorandum of Association of a Company
  • Conducting familiarization programme for Independent Directors
  • Co-ordinating with Statutory Auditors, Internal auditors and Secretarial Auditors
  • Ensuring timely completion of quarterly/half yearly/annual filings as per SEBI Regulations
  • Exposure to Compliance under SEBI Regulations and Filings
