Position: Civil EngineerLocation: Kochi, Kerala Experience: Minimum 2 yearRemuneration: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month, based on experience.Roles & Responsibilities:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to contribute to the design, development, and oversight of residential construction and interior projects. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring these projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Key responsibilities include:Developing detailed designs and plans for residential construction and interior projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and client specificationsConducting site investigations and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraintsPreparing and reviewing engineering calculations, specifications, and cost estimatesOverseeing the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulationsCoordinating with architects, interior designers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permitsMonitoring project progress and providing technical guidance to resolve design and construction issuesEnsuring project documentation is maintained accurately, including design revisions, reports, and as-built recordsImplementing quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of engineering and design excellenceCandidate Attributes:The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering design and project management, with a focus on residential construction and interior projectsIn-depth knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, materials, and relevant building codesProficiency in engineering software, such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex challengesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring meticulous project documentation and managementCommitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry advancements
