Identifying and approaching potential new companies or individuals to engage as clients. Researching industry trends and providing advice to colleagues about client strategy or new sales opportunities.The responsibilities we entrust you with -- Build relationships with key employees among customers- Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and urgency.- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, program management and senior management) to address customers’ needs- Advise clients on creating profitable processes- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied- Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms- Work diligently to meet sales and revenue targets and work on farming existing accounts- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.What matters in this role -- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage clients confidently.- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized approach to managing multiple client requirements.- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trust-based relationships internally and externally.- Eagerness to learn about client management, sales strategy, and business development.- Analytical mindset with interest in understanding business trends and customer behavior.- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace tools; familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).What we Value in Our people- You are the CEO of what you do: You show ownership and make things happen- You sign your work like an artist: You seek to learn and take pride in the work you do
