We are searching for EM / Principal Engineer / Lead with a strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ideal candidates excel at breaking down complex challenges into manageable tasks, crafting clean and well-structured code and communicating clearly in English. Sharp-minded thinking process, strong mental grip, attention to detail and resilience are crucial attributes.
- Independently identify and resolve problems, with a proactive approach to anticipate and handle potential edge cases.
- Tackle complex tasks by dividing them into manageable components and maintain consistent progress reporting.
- Apply strong analytical skills to understand problems deeply and produce solutions aligned with engineering excellence principles.
- Maintain a high standard of code quality by adhering to team conventions. Keep the codebase organized, structured and free from clutter.
- Effectively communicate with team members and follow established team norms. Ask relevant questions and raise blockers only after thorough problem exploration.
- Develop an empathetic understanding of user needs and implement solutions that enhance user experience.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and participation in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
