This role involves resource management, progress tracking, and risk identification to maintain smooth project execution.Key Responsibilities:Develop detailed project schedules using  Primavera P6 or Microsoft ProjectPreparation of DPR, WPR and MPRMonitoring of Manpower, Materials and Machine deploymentPreparation of Look ahead schedule, Catch up Plan etc.Monitor project progress and adjust timelines and resources as neededAllocate materials, labour, and equipment efficientlyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure schedule alignmentIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategiesManage budget and ensure cost controlProvide regular progress reports to stakeholdersEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulationsKey Software Skills:Primavera P6Microsoft ProjectMS Excel and PowerPointRequired Skills:Strong communication and leadership skillsExperience in managing schedules and budgets for large-scale solar EPC projectsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
