Role Summary GFT is looking for a visionary Senior/Lead Python Engineer to join forces with the world’s largest bank in revolutionizing the future of banking. Key Responsibilities • Thought Machine Expertise: Leverage advanced knowledge of Thought Machine's Vault platform, including the configuration layer, migration processes, data loading, and certification process • Python Programming: Develop and maintain scalable applications with a strong proficiency in Python • API Development: Define and implement both synchronous and asynchronous APIs, including REST and event-driven architectures • CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and maintain robust Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to ensure efficient and automated deployment of applications Required Skills & Qualifications • Proficient in Python: Advanced Python programming skills, with experience building and deploying complex systems • API Integration: Expertise in creating and managing APIs (synchronous/asynchronous) using REST and event-driven models • CI/CD Expertise: Strong experience in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment • Cloud Knowledge: Extensive experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, Kubernetes, etc. • Collaboration: Ability to work in cross-functional teams, engaging with Dev Ops, product, and QA teams to ensure smooth product delivery What we do offer You will be working with some of the brightest people in business and technology on challenging and rewarding projects in a team of like-minded individuals.
