Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technological strategy and architecture for the video surveillance platform
Enhance the existing App, strategize and give directions to develop new unified next-generation surveillance solutions, and oversee the technical roadmap.
Manage the research, design, and implementation of cutting-edge video analytics and AI-driven surveillance technologies
Ensure robust cybersecurity measures across our video surveillance ecosystem
Drive innovation in real-time video processing, storage, and transmission technologies
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies in computer vision, machine learning, and video analytics
Collaborate with product management to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Oversee the technical team's development of scalable, secure, and high-performance surveillance applications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
10+ years of senior technical leadership experience in video surveillance, security technologies, or related domains
Proven track record of developing and scaling video surveillance platforms
Deep expertise in video analytics, computer vision, and AI technologies
Strong background in cloud architecture and distributed systems
Extensive experience with video streaming technologies and real-time processing
Proven ability to design secure, scalable software architectures
Demonstrated experience in machine learning applications for video intelligence
Technical Competencies:
Advanced knowledge of video compression standards (H.264, H.265, MJPEG)
Expertise in video management systems (VMS) architecture
Proficiency in AI and machine learning frameworks
Experience with edge computing and IoT video technologies
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles in surveillance systems
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Programming languages: Python, C++, Java
Database technologies for video metadata and analytics
Leadership and Soft Skills:
Exceptional strategic thinking and technical vision
Strong communication skills to interface with executive leadership
Ability to mentor and develop high-performing technical teams
