Job Title: Recruitment Specialist – Non-IT (Manufacturing Hiring) Location: Noida Company: Maven Workforce Mode: 5 Days Working | From Office Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM About the Role We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Recruitment Specialist with strong experience in non-IT recruitment, specifically in the manufacturing sector . The candidate will manage end-to-end hiring for multiple roles across the domestic market. Key Responsibilities Handle the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding. Source talent through job portals, social platforms, employee referrals & internal databases. Work majorly on non-IT/manufacturing roles such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, R&D, Supply Chain, Purchase, HR, Finance, etc. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job descriptions. Maintain daily and weekly hiring reports and ensure closures within defined timelines. Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain healthy professional relationships. Required Skills & Experience 2–5 years of recruitment experience (mandatory). Experience in staffing industry is mandatory. Domestic hiring experience is required. Strong experience in non-IT hiring — especially for manufacturing/industrial roles. Knowledge of sourcing portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and social media hiring.
