The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and SQL (PostgreSQL), with a strong grasp of both front-end and back-end development.You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performing applications. The role includes end-to-end involvement in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from requirement analysis to production deployment — while working closely with UI/UX designers, ML engineers, and DevOps teams.Key Responsibilities:· Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MERN stack + PostgreSQL.· Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end services.· Develop responsive, interactive, and user-friendly front-end applications with React.js (JavaScript/TypeScript).· Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following industry best practices.· Ensure security, scalability, and high performance of applications in production.· Collaborate with DevOps engineers to enable CI/CD automation and cloud deployment.· Work with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, ML, QA) to deliver robust solutions.· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance.· Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.Required Skills:· 1–3 years of professional experience in full-stack development.· Strong expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).· Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for front-end and back-end.· Hands-on experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) including schema design, queries, indexing, and optimization.· Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker for development and deployment.· Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2).· Good understanding of Agile methodologies and the complete SDLC.Preferred / Additional Skills:· Exposure to Python for backend services, automation, or ML integrations.· Practical experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes a plus).· Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (PM2, CloudWatch, ELK).· Experience with testing frameworks (Vitest, Mocha, Cypress, PyTest).· Strong awareness of security best practices, performance tuning, and optimization.Employment Bond:- 1 Years
