Relevant Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar Technical Sales Chef or Culinary Sales role.
About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Sales Chef to join our team in Bengaluru. This role requires a self-driven individual who can independently manage client relationships, conduct impactful product demonstrations, and possess in-depth knowledge of the local HoReCa market and distribution channels.
Independently manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including prospecting, preset and cold calling, and follow-up. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HoReCa sector, food manufacturing, and other relevant culinary segments.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with chefs, culinary professionals, purchasing managers, and distributors. Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of local market trends, competitor activities, and evolving culinary preferences. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Culinary Graduate (degree or diploma from a recognized institution).
Proven expertise in savoury cooking, with a strong understanding of ingredients, flavour profiles, and food preparation techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and proficiency in local languages (e.g., Kannada, Hindi) is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated independent sales calling and negotiation skills.
Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively within Bengaluru and surrounding areas for client visits and demonstrations.
