Job Description for Solution Architect - Demand Planning
Role Overview:
Solution Design and Implementation:
Responsible for end-to-end solution design, configuration, implementation, and testing.
Engage in data analytics to support solution delivery, assisting customers in rapid decision-making and optimizing their planning processes.
Participate in requirements gathering and design sessions with customers, analyzing areas for improvement and configuring solutions to meet these needs.
Create and manage test cases to ensure the solution functions as designed.
Stakeholder Interaction and Training:
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Plan, develop, and deliver training for Super Users and End Users on a global scale.
Project Management and Team Leadership:
Lead the complete lifecycle of a project from design to delivery, ensuring that o9’s solutions are effectively integrated into customer operations.
Serve as a mentor and guide to junior members, enhancing team skills and knowledge.
What you'll do for us:
Industry Expertise and Strategic Planning:
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, o9's solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition.
Lead workshops with functional and business owners to understand and document customer requirements.
Translate business requirements into a clear, phased, and achievable blueprint on o9’s platform.
Operational Excellence and Issue Resolution:
Configure solutions as per the design to address complex demand planning and supply chain issues.
Establish and maintain a rigorous performance monitoring process.
Resolve issues alongside the customer, coordinating defect tracking, analysis, and resolution processes.
Actively contribute to the improvement of internal processes and product features based on customer feedback.
Demonstration and Knowledge Sharing:
Support customer demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of o9’s solutions.
Lead by example to foster a culture of excellence within the team.
What you'll have:
Experience:
4+ years of experience in implementing demand planning applications.
