Tech / M.Sc.IT / Computers / MBAExperience level - 10+ years and aboveLocation - Bhubaneswar, OdishaNotice period - immediate to serving notice periodPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilledUFT (Unified Functional Testing) Test Engineerto join our team. The UFT Tester will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts, ensuring high-quality software releases. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience intest automation, test strategy, and quality assurance (QA)processes, along with strong leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of automation engineers.Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation Strategy & Framework Development:Design and implement UFT automation frameworks for web and desktop applications.Establish best practices for test automation processes.Test Planning & Execution:Develop test plans, test cases, and automation scripts using UFT.Execute and maintain automated test scripts to validate software functionality.Perform regression testing and integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines.Collaboration & Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of QA automation engineers.Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand testing requirements.Ensure alignment of test automation strategies with business goals.Defect Management & Reporting:Identify, log, and track defects using tools likeJIRA, ALM, or Bugzilla .Analyze test results and generate reports to communicate findings.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills:Hands-on experience withMicro Focus UFT/QTPfor test automation.Strong knowledge ofVBScriptand automation frameworks.Experience in integrating UFT withALM, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools .Understanding of API testing, SQL queries, and performance testing concepts.Preferred QualificationsCertifications : ISTQB, UFT certification is a plus.Experience with Additional Tools : Selenium, LoadRunner, or other test automation tools.Interested candidates please share your updated resumes to the company -AQM Technologies PVT LTD (AQM) established in the Year 2000 with a mission to make testing experience a “HAPPY TESTING” experience for all our stakeholders, our employees by allowing them to acquire new skills, and providing them with challenging assignments.
