Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner Location: Working Model: Hybrid We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and ensuring seamless talent acquisition delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in BFSI hiring, hands-on experience with sourcing strategies, and the ability to build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline. Requirement gathering & Sourcing profiles through various channels like job portal, networking, LinkedIn etc Ensure all paperwork is received and completed according to company policy. Responsible for contract management and post offer management. Update and utilize recruiting databases and tools (Workday). 3 to 6 years of experience in Recruitment ~ Demonstrative expertise in talent acquisition in BFSI hiring. ~ Develop customized databases of talent pool across multiple job roles. ~ Well versed in working on various job portals & also be able to leverage professional platforms like LinkedIn. ~ At CSC, we don’t just keep businesses running, we help them thrive.
