We’re Hiring – Video Editor (Full-time, On-site)The Centre for Liberty (CFL) — a Hyderabad-based think tank advancing individual liberty, free markets, and limited government — is seeking a talented Video Editor to join our creative team in Jubilee Hills .Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll handle video editing, production, and storytelling from concept to final output. You’ll work closely with writers and researchers to produce high-impact content on public policy, economics, and current affairs.Your daily work will involve:Editing short and long-form videos for YouTube and social mediaManaging shoots (office & outdoor) and maintaining brand consistencyColor grading, motion graphics, and creating visually compelling visualsUsing AI tools (e.g., Kling AI, ChatGPT, Runway) for creative enhancementCollaborating with a dynamic, mission-driven teamQualificationsProficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.)Experience in video production and color gradingAbility to design and integrate motion graphics and visual assetsCreativity, attention to detail, and strong storytelling sensePrior experience or portfolio showcasing relevant work preferredDegree in Film Studies, Media Production, or related field is a plusLocation: Jubilee Hills, HyderabadType: Full-time, On-site only (no remote work)Salary: ₹25,000/month (Permanent position)
