Job Title - Lead Generative AI - Data ScientistExperience Range - 05 to 10 YearsJob Location - Trivandrum or PuneOverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Engineer to lead initiatives at the intersection of AI agents, LLMOps, and scalable ML systems. You will play a pivotal role in building and deploying cutting-edge GenAI solutions, with a focus on autonomous agents and agent frameworks. If you're passionate about the evolving landscape of generative models, eager to push the boundaries of what's possible, and ready to lead a high-performing team — we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and action using frameworks like LangChain, langGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or other opensource frameworks such as mistral.Architect, design, and deploy LLM-based applications across various domains.Develop, experiment with, and validate Gen AI applications aligning with business objectives.Model Development: Design, train, and optimize state-of-the-art generative AI models, including fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model alignment techniques.Integrate AI developments for productive use in existing workflows and solutionsContribute to continuously improve and optimize AI solutions to enhance their accuracy, scalability, optimize computational and cost efficiency, and compliance with rules and standards.Drive initiatives in LLMOps , including prompt management, fine-tuning workflows, evaluation, monitoring, and versioning.Implement robust ML algorithms and pipelines to support GenAI functionality.Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI-driven solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, infrastructure, and design.Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership to the AI team.Stay ahead of the curve on research and innovation in generative AI and ML.Required Skills & Experience6+ years of experience in AI/ML, with 2+ years in Generative AI or LLMs .Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LLAMAIndex etc.).Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms , NLP, and deep learning.Proven expertise in LLMOps tools and techniquesExperience in AI Agents and Agentic AI is an added advantageExperience is in Mistral Ai, AWS bedrock models (Claude , Nova, etc.,)Experience in pydanticSolid understanding of model deployment , containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).Deep hands-on experience with Transformers and transformer-basedProgramming proficiency in Python and relevant ML/AI libraries (PyTorch, Huggingface, etc.).Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
