**Location:** Bhopal, India


**Responsibilities:**

-Manage inbound calls from customers worldwide, addressing inquiries related to pre and post-travel services and product assistance with utmost professionalism and efficiency.

-Effectively resolve customer queries and concerns through both call and chat processes, ensuring swift closure and delivering exceptional service with every interaction

-Engage directly with customers, both domestic and international, while also conducting backend call monitoring to ensure service excellence and maintain quality standards throughout every interaction.



**Requirements:**

-Strong communication skills are essential
