Job Description
Desired Competencies:
- Responsible for complete infrastructure design, systems analysis, security, data center operation, network & voice communication, Digital Workplace systems, Service desk platforms
- Develops enterprise standards to ensure compatibility and integration of multi-vendor platforms. ·
- Design and develop infrastructure blueprints for the implementation of new solutions. ·
- Acts as expert for infrastructure teams in the plan, design, and delivery of IT solutions.
- Advises teams of IT technology standard requirements, methodology and processes. ·
- Drives short- & long-term architecture strategy for the overall IT project portfolio for key business segments. ·
- Analyses existing systems to ensure they offer adequate security and are effectively meeting the needs of the organization. ·
- Analyze business requirements to identify where they can integrate new hardware, operating systems, or connectivity solutions. ·
- Develop and document the proposed technical design for the integration and implementation of any new software ·
- Create detailed plans for the integration of new systems architecture into existing infrastructure. ·
- Experience in Architecture or deploying EUC and Service desk solutions in enterprise customers.
- Cloud specific experience is desirable for SaaS adoption of products ·
- Design and Review NextGen tools for Datacenter, Digital Workplace and Service Desk ·
- Design and Review components with latest industry standard security guidelines ·
- Create and review architecture and solution design artifact ·
- Enforce adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc. ·
- Provide input into final decisions regarding hardware, network products, system software and security ·
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external stakeholders. ·
- Work closely with Project Managers and SMEs ·
- Design and implement the platforms ·
- Experience with Multiple tools integration and Bots
Good To have:
- ITIL V4 Framework ·
- Good Technical Communication and documentation ·
- Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications ·
- Ability to think strategically ·
- Very strong client-facing and communication skills
