Visit our website: ● Watch us on YouTube: We are seeking a dynamic AGM Sales- Digital Lead to lead our sales digital leads initiatives for both home automation and lighting solutions within the Premium and Luxury Residential market segment in the aforementioned cities. This position’s prime responsibility is to lead, coach, and manage a team handling digital inbound and CRM-generated leads across KEUS Automation and Ardeo Lighting, ensuring superior conversion and customer experience through the structured sales frameworks. driving strategic closures in collaboration with senior management, solution teams, and design stakeholders. An enthusiastic person who is passionate and motivated about sales and puts all his or her effort into achieving and meeting sales goals. Lead & Team Management ● Manage, coach, and drive the performance of Digital Leads Sales Executives. ● Maintain CRM hygiene — accurate lead tracking, scoring, documentation, and closure updates. ● Identify capability gaps and implement structured training and sales enablement programs. Monitor and allocate digital and CRM-generated leads fairly and strategically across the team. ● Direct Involvement in High-Value Sales Closures ● Personally lead or co-lead high-value projects (above 4,000 sq ft. homes, premium offices, and luxury retail). ● Support the team in developing a strong closing narrative — focusing on value, reliability, and brand differentiation. Sales Closure Support ● Provide hands-on support in advanced negotiation, deal structuring, and discount management. ● Collaborate with the AGM/Regional Head to finalize pricing and commercial terms in complex deals. ● Review all final quotes and proposals before submission to ensure brand consistency and profitability. ● Facilitate faster decision-making by coordinating between sales, design, and operations teams. ● Customer Experience & Stakeholder Engagement ● Ensure every customer experiences a “Dazzling Demo” and consultative sales interaction. ● Maintain a premium and transparent brand experience across all touchpoints. Performance Tracking & Reporting ● Track and review team performance using the CRM Sales Scoreboard Dashboard. ● Analyze lead and lag indicators, driving weekly performance improvement actions. ● Share lead quality and closure feedback with Marketing and Design teams to refine campaigns and offerings. Drive compliance with KEUS sales SOPs and digital lead handling standards. ● Execute quarterly and annual sales plans with a focus on team target achievement and incentive-linked outcomes. ● Contribute insights to improve digital lead response systems, scripts, and engagement content. ● Champion KEUS’s vision of delivering elevated living experiences through excellence in every sale. Overall, the AGM Sales- Digital Lead plays a multifaceted role that involves setting and achieving sales targets, nurturing a high-performing team, maintaining efficient systems and processes, building key relationships, and collaborating effectively with other parts of the organization. This role is instrumental in driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the business.
