Job Title: IT Security – Onboarding Business Analyst Location: Pune (Hybrid Mode) Experience: 5+ Years We are seeking an experienced IT Security – Onboarding Business Analyst to support onboarding, migration, and support projects within the Azure environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Azure Active Directory , experience with data migrations , and the ability to work closely with technical and business teams to ensure smooth project execution. Work on onboarding projects (users, applications, or systems) into Azure AD and related environments. Support migration projects , including planning, execution, and post-migration support. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prepare documentation, and ensure business needs are met. Analyze and validate data using SQL to support onboarding/migration activities. Coordinate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance and governance. Monitor, track, and report project status using dashboards (Power BI understanding preferred). Required Skills & Experience ~5+ years of experience in Business Analysis within IT Security / Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects. ~ Hands-on experience with migration projects (user/application/data migrations). ~ Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting. ~ Ability to work in a hybrid model (Pune location). Exposure to Azure Databricks for data migration/analysis. Understanding of Power BI dashboards for tracking and reporting.
