Zuora Analyst - Digital Supply Chain

Role Duties and responsibilities
·       Overall, around 4+ years’ experience in Zuora Billing development and configuration.
·       Mandatory knowledge of Zuora Billing Platform (Billing & Payments, Finance).
·      Good knowledge of Zuora Object Model, Zuora workflows configuration, APIs, Zuora Admin and Zuora Developer Tools.
·      Good to have knowledge on the new pricing catalog.
·      Experience on integrations around Zuora with Salesforce (is a plus), Zuora API, SAP-S4 HANA, Payment Gateways, and any taxation engines.
·      Ability to write and tune complex SQL queries.
·      Understand how the IT solution in Zuora and integrated applications supports the Business Process End-To-End.
·      Proactively identify the application zuora related issues and deploy the fixes.
·      Fix the production critical issues and deploy the changes to production with less supervision.
·      Engage with Tech Leads on the transition of IT solutions developed and needs to be supported in Run mode.
·      Drive Incidents to closure by coordinating with the respective stakeholders.
·      Strong focus on Customer Centricity.
·      Work actively with team members from multiple teams to ensure production stability.
·      Communicate effectively with users, collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues across locations.
·      Escalate issues with Zuora Product team and coordinate in resolving the Product related issues.
·      Contribute and promote Knowledge management in the organization.
·      Improve existing documentation.
·      Drive Incidents to closure by coordinating with the respective stakeholders.
·      Work actively with team members to ensure production stability with proactive monitoring of the application.
·      Perform daily checks and apply recovery and troubleshooting procedures strictly.
·      Manage the application setups in Pre Production and Production environments.
·      Engage with Offer Onboarding and Country Deployments teams on transitioning the deployment related topics to Support teams.
·      Communicate effectively with users, collaborate with stakeholders and colleagues across locations.
·      Escalate issues and other topics to the right team when needed.
Qualifications
·      Zuora Administrator or Developer Certifications will be a plus.
·      Good understanding of E-Commerce flow, Quote-to-Cash and Cash-to-Revenue end to end flow
·      Ability to write SQL queries.
·      Ability to create reports in Zuora Billing as per the business requirement.
·      Ability to debug/enhance the existing workflow and if required, should automate new workflows
·      Should have experience to support day-to-day queries, and analysis from business, finance, dev, and other stakeholders.
·      Strong communication and collaboration skills.
·      Should have good experience in standard software development principles.
·      Proven experience in Financial concepts – Subscriptions, Billing, Invoicing, Payments, Rating, Taxation, Revenue, Accounting etc..
·      Hands-on experience working on Finance topics with ERP systems - Oracle, S4 Hana etc..
·      Proven knowledge of business process E2 E.
·      Hands-on experience on Zuora connect, Zuora Workflows and each modules of Zuora application.
·      Good understanding on the end to end integration of Zuora to other payment gateways such as Bluesnap, Stripe etc
·      Should have worked on the integration from Zuora to other ERP systems like NS, Oracle etc.
·      Capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks.
·      Should be able to work with other technical teams of integrated systems.
·      Strong client driven approach & service oriented.
·      Strong individual contributor as well.
·      Willing to enhance skills and knowledge via trainings and certifications, as required.
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka. Should be available for at least one F2 F interview round in Whitefield, Bangalore Office.
