Product Impact & Scope of Innovation:

Responsible for development of effective and scalable cloud-based platforms using Python, Rust, JavaScript/Typescript and Cloud services.

Collaborate with teams involved in the design and development of Software test frameworks to enable the verification and validation of customer facing products.

Technical Expertise:

Proven track record working on distributed web software systems at scale.

Proven experience architecting and developing scalable backend systems.

Proven experience architecting and developing scalable backend systems.

Proficient on Python programming, frameworks such as Django, code testing, best practices. For example, equivalent to PCPP2™ level or higher.

Experience on JavaScript programming and frameworks such as React.

Proven use of design patterns, functional and object-oriented programming, APIs, formed approaches on how to deliver clean and well-structured code.

Proven experience with a range of cloud providers such as GCP & AWS.

Cloud implementations of messaging/event buses, Containerization, Kubernetes, Microservices and Serverless.

Proven experience on design and maintenance of database systems such as Postgres & Redis.

Strong architectural mindset and design thinking practices.

Experience on migrations of monolithic applications into serverless microservices.

Essential:

Proven track record working on distributed web software systems at scale.

Extensive experience in root cause analysis, debugging system failures.

Proficient in problem solving, root cause analysis and debugging.

Desirable:

Experience on JavaScript programming and frameworks such as React.

Experience in Rust

Experience in verification and validation frameworks.

Experience on systems and software testing, V-model, automotive applications.

Experience on academia, tutorials, research and teaching technical content.
