Role : Lead ETL TesterSkill : ETL, Database TestingMode : HybridExperience : 8-14 yearsJob Location : BangaloreEducational Qualification : Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in related fieldSkills & Abilities:9+ years relevant work experience in software testing primarily on DB, ETL, Functional Testing & UI testinglead experience with min of 4+ years is mustStrong Communication skill - will be directly working with Managers / Stakeholders to understand priorities and setting the right expectations for deadlinesParticipates in discussion with team and lead a distributed team of QA Engineers who will perform functional testing.Good understanding of SDLC and STLC and Agile model.Experience in supporting business groups to perform user acceptance testing.Resolve team members issues and escalate as necessary and Mentor new team members and at times manages junior level test engineers.Documents all problems and work with respective teams for resolution. Proactively identifies and discusses challenges, risk and mitigation plan with Manager and Technical Leads for input before proceeding.Strong in Analytic skillsExperience in various DB and reporting tools such as Power BI, Microsoft SQL (or Oracle DB), Azure SQL, Tableau, Crystal reports…etc.Technical Documentation –Test case, Test Plan, Matrices and Reporting.Ensure comprehensive end-to-end coverage of regression test suites.Participate as an active quality advocate in Agile/Scrum process as needed.Should be ready to work as independent QA resource and accept all testing responsibility of the project, should be ready for support Project shift timing as per the needNice to have to Health care domain knowledgeNice to have to experience in using Test Management tools like ALM, JIRA, ADO…etc.Other Attributes:Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Must have strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
