Role Overview:Turing is looking for experienced Full Stack Developers to build modern solutions that power AI products and evaluation workflows.You’ll work with Node.js/Nest.js and a modern frontend framework (React/Angular/Vue) to implement features, improve code quality and testing, and contribute to datasets and evaluation pipelines that align LLM behavior with real-world user needs.What You’ll Do:- Build and maintain high-quality JS/TS services and UIs for AI training and evaluation.- Design and run evaluation pipelines, documenting rationales and improvements.- Collaborate on SFT/RLHF dataset creation and process refinement.- Conduct code reviews and raise quality standards across the stack.What We’re Looking For:- Advanced JS/TS (ES6+) skills; strong with Node.js/Nest.js and at least one frontend framework (React/Angular/Vue).- Proven ability in web app architecture, testing discipline, and code readability.- Familiarity with scalable, modular full-stack development.- BS/MS in CS/Engineering (or equivalent).- Strong problem-solving ability and clear English communication for async collaboration.Why You'll Love This Role:- Remote Flexibility → Work from anywhere, on your own schedule.- High-Impact Work → Ship products that shape how frontier AI interacts with users.- Career Edge → Gain experience at the cutting edge of AI and full-stack development.Offer Details:- Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and minimum 20 hours per week with overlap of 4 hours with PST.
