About Samarpan :Samarpan is a Mental Health Organization which operates India's only CARF accredited rehabilitation center in Mulshi, Pune and an evidence based mental health counselling center in Mumbai.Role Overview:Delivery of the program using the Samarpan treatment model.Quality of service provided to clients.Successful outcomes for clients - in particular, completing the treatment program, client commitment to abstinent recovery, client engagement with a social support network.Good practice case management including quality record keeping.Key Responsibilities:Carry out client assessments and risk assessments.Carry a caseload of six clientsCounsel clients about their substance use using recognised theoretical frameworks and the Samarpan treatment model.Facilitate interpersonal group therapy sessionsProvide 1:1 therapyFacilitate psycho-educational workshops, relapse prevention skills training, and other group activities.Create and review treatment plans.Produce and update client files and case notes.Liaise with other relevant professionals about clientsFacilitate family/couples sessionsAttend team meetingsAttend clinical supervision, line management reviews and staff support sessions.Qualifications and Skills:Required:M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology and RCI registrationExcellent organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.Strong communication and customer relation skills with a professional telephone manner.Preferred :2-5 years of experience in a similar role.Understanding of cultural context and expectations.Why join usBe part of a mission-driven organization making a tangible impact on mental health.Opportunity to build meaningful relationships with diverse stakeholders.Collaborative and supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.Samarpan is an equal opportunity employer.
