Job Description: SAP FICO Implementation Consultant
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge in the submodules of Controlling and Finance, along with a strong understanding of complex interfaces, technical aspects, and service delivery processes. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with various SAP modules and business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Expertise in SAP Controlling:
Demonstrate expert knowledge in all submodules of Controlling (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Internal Orders, etc.).
Provide guidance on best practices and industry standards in controlling processes.
Finance Module Proficiency:
Possess general knowledge of all submodules within Finance (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Funds Management, Bank Accounting).
Ensure integration and seamless functioning of finance modules within the SAP landscape.
Complex Interface Management:
Develop and manage complex interface usage and methods.
Ensure smooth data flow and integration between SAP and other systems.
Business Requirements and Design:
Understand and analyze business requirements.
Prepare comprehensive design documents and cost estimates.
Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) in the finance area to validate solutions.
Technical Proficiency:
Understand and implement technical aspects such as IDOCs, User Exits, BADIs, Workflow, and Dual Landscape systems.
Ensure technical solutions align with business requirements and standards.
Service Delivery Process Knowledge:
Demonstrate strong process knowledge in service delivery.
Optimize and streamline service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordination and Integration:
Coordinate with different SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.) to ensure cohesive integration.
Understand and address cross-module dependencies and impacts.
Communication Skills:
Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and consulting.
Proven track record of successful SAP FICO implementations and upgrades.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
SAP certification in FICO is preferred but not mandatory.
Additional Skills:
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
