Marwadi Financial Services is the financial services arm of the Marwadi Group and has 800 plus employees across 104 locations around Gujarat and neighboring states. Job Purpose:
We at Marwadi Financial Services seek a dynamic Equity Research Analyst (Fundamental Analyst). The candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the particular sectors and should be independent and capable of predicting the financial modeling and different valuation methods. The prime responsibility is serving the client's requirements in the most priority manner.
Requirements:
● Qualification: CFA or MBA(Finance) and NISM Research Analyst Certified
● Experience: Minimum 2+ years of work experience in the Financial Market preferably Broking
company
● CTC: Based on the candidate's experience and merits
● Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:
● This is a position where the selected candidate will be responsible for initiating, executing, and delivering quality investment research to discerning clients.
● Such a person should possess a strong blend of analytical thinking and operations execution.
● Excellent financial modeling skills with the ability to understand and formulate business drivers (revenue, cost, etc.)
● Superior knowledge of concepts of finance & accounting, valuation methodologies, and stock analysis
● Strong writing skills with the ability to lay out investment arguments and thesis lucidly
● High-level communication skills with the ability to express views clearly and succinctly
● Analytical thinking is required to enable him/her to structure and guide research/consulting assignments with clients and manage the project internally
Skills:
● Analytic and problem-solving skills
● General computer skills: MS Office, Access, VBA
● Software Skills: ACE Equity, Bloomberg, Capital Line
● Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word software.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Problem Solving or Analysis skills.
● Should be Accurate and responsible
Personality:
● Careful and diligent even meticulous with a good dose of common sense
● Efficient, effective, and organized in both physical and digital words
● Modestly confident and also personable, good-humored and trustworthy
