Job Overview: We are currently in search of an outstanding leader to join our IT staffing business, taking on the pivotal role of driving the entire business's Pn L globally. The successful candidate will lead efforts to expand and enhance our IT staffing operations, with key responsibilities including business development, recruitment delivery, and effective global team management. Responsibilities: Formulate and execute strategic initiatives aimed at catalyzing the growth and amplification of the staffing services segment within the IT sector. Planning and execution of business development strategies to hunt clients in the web3, AI, and other IT sectors. Setting team targets to drive revenue and set up KPIs to measure the performance of your team. Grow the business in the US, EMEA, and APAC Region. Developing a structured framework and providing thorough training to equip the team with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively generate revenue in the IT staffing business. Lead and manage a team of recruiters, business developers, account managers, and staffing specialists to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to clients and candidates. Planning and executing client acquisition strategies to grow revenue and boost profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the IT industry, adapting staffing services offerings to capitalize on market shifts. Oversee the entire business operations from business development to candidate delivery, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of staffing services operations and drive improvements as needed. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to leverage resources and expertise in delivering comprehensive staffing solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the staffing industry, with specific experience in IT staffing. Strong understanding of the IT industry landscape, including emerging technologies, market trends, and talent demands. Exceptional leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and maintaining relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans to drive growth and profitability. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
