Position - PMC Role- Civil Site Infra Manager

Experience - 10 to 20 yrs

Domain - Food & Beverage industry / FMCG

Job Location - Indore

Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Must have 10yrs of experience in supervising the installation of PEB structures in a greenfield site environment.
  • Managing subcontractors, Coordinating and overseeing the site.
  • Work experience in Civil works, Project Planning, Monitoring, Coordination, Control and

Execution with Developers & Contractors.

  • Executing the civil works according to drawings, methodology and program
  • Put and prioritize safety protocols in place.
  • Experience in PEB structures, Warehouses, Superstructures, Production building, Utility building etc.
  • Managing Infra and Architectural works in site.
  • Must be able to read and interpret Structural Drawings.
  • supervise and manage civil subcontractors.
  • work with contractors from other disciplines.
  • Must be experienced in Safety and quality management of s/s installations.
  • Good Command over the site.
  • Conduct on site investigations and analyse data.
  • Interpretation of Drawing, Bar bending schedule, Supervision of civil work, preparing schedule of materials used and available, preparing work chart schedule.
  • Capable of reading drawings and schematics.
  • Maintain day to day record of work progress at site and maintain all documents as required.
