About Institution:

BGS College of Engineering and Technology (BGSCET) is a unit of Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust, founded in 2022. It is located in west Bangalore, home of iconic landmarks such as the Indian Institute of Science, the World Trade Centre and the ISKCON Temple. The institution is easily accessible by Namma Metro and Majestic Bus Station, City and Yeshwanthpur railway junctions.

Job Description:

We are looking for junior faculty with expertise in teaching accounting-related courses. A Chartered Accountant or similar credentials will be given preference.

The junior faculty will be responsible for teaching up to three courses per semester. The institute will provide the necessary support for the faculty to excel in research and explore consulting opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach MBA courses
  • Conduct research and publish in top academic journals
  • Serve on departmental and institute committees

Qualifications:

  • MBA from a foreign university, top India MBA programs, or PhD in Business Administration
  • Teaching experience of a minimum of 4 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
