Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Source and Screen, GBS Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in people management, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in sourcing and screening candidates. You will be responsible for managing recruitment operations, ensuring operational excellence, and collaborating with North American regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sourcing and screening process for various recruitment needs.
- Oversee recruitment operations, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with North American teams to align recruitment strategies and meet organizational needs.
- Mentor, train, and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and address any issues or escalations promptly.
- Utilize data analytics to create reports and support decision-making processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility with working hours to meet business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Total experience of 10-12 years, with 6-7 years in people management .
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in sourcing and screening candidates, especially within a North American context.
- Strong operational excellence and performance management skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management and escalation handling .
- Attention to detail with a robust background in data analytics and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google products.
- Experience in the HR consultancy sector is preferred.
