Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM, Integration and HRSD: Work Mode: Hybrid Mode Experience: 7+years (6 years Relevant) Job Type: Contract to hire (C2H) Notice Period: - Immediate joiners. JD for ServiceNow ITSM, Integration and HRSD: 8 - 10 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party connectors . Develop custom APIs and maintain seamless data exchange between ServiceNow and external applications. Utilize ServiceNow AppEngine and Creator Studio to build custom applications, automate workflows, and enhance business processes . Customize and configure ServiceNow modules , including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB , to align with business requirements. Design and implement automated workflows to minimize manual effort and improve process efficiency . Data Management Optimization: Analyze, map, and transform data between ServiceNow and external platforms , ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency . Optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability . Testing, Documentation Continuous Improvement: Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrations and workflows, resolving defects promptly. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, integration capabilities, and automation tools to drive continuous improvement Hands-on experience in implementing HRSD & Integrtion, Employee workflow modules, Employee life cycle journey. Client and Server APIs i.e. ServiceNow Administration certification • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification • ServiceNow Certified Application developer • Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources
